International President Elect Ym.Chai shin Shen from Taiwan , International President elect elect Ym.Adv.Shanawazkhan , International Secretary Ym.Jose , India Area President Ym.V.A.A.Suhur and past and present leaders participated.All the nine RD and 40 DG participated .
